1. How can I purchase tickets? Do I have to purchase them in advance?

Please purchase tickets in advance to guarantee spots. You will first fill out the reservation form on our website. Then, we will send a reply email together with a paypal secured online payment link within 1 business day. To confirm your booking, you will need to make a payment using your credit card. After receiving your payment, we will send a confirmation as well as meeting place direction to your email.

2. Can I get a refund or reschedule my tickets?

Tickets cannot be refunded as your space is guaranteed on the tour once purchased. Refund is, therefore, not allowed for no shows, or late arrivals and each tour is scheduled to depart on time. However, reschedule is possible in case your new requested tour is still available.

3. Are there discounted tickets for children?

Yes, we offer a special price for children under 12.

4. What are included in my ticket price?

  • All food and drink tastings (enough for a meal)
  • Fun & informative guided walking tour & Sightseeing while visiting cultural landmarks
*Gratuity is not included in the ticket price, but is always greatly appreciated.

5. What if I am a vegetarian or have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

At this point, we are so sorry that we are still not able to accommodate vegetarian.

6. How much walking is involved in a tour?

The tour is approximately 3 hours of walking with many stops. We walk at a very leisurely pace. At each tasting location, you can take a break as all almost all of our tasting locations are seated. The walking distance is no more than 2 kilometers.

7. Are there restroom breaks during a tour?

Yes, restrooms are available at every food-tasting location during the tour.

8. Are walking tours given in bad weather?

Tours are held rain or shine. We also provide ponchos in case of sudden weather changes and you do not have your own umbrella. We only cancel our tour in an unlikely event of extreme bad weather. In that case, we will try our best to reschedule your tour or refund.

9. Are cameras allowed on the tour?

Definitely. Cameras (and videos) are allowed and encouraged during the tour.

10. Can I shop during the tour?

To stay on schedule and continue with the informative tour and food tastings in a timely manner, we ask that you please wait to shop until after the tour. You can allow time at the end of the tour to return to your favorite stores located in the map provided. Our guide can also help you with directions to them.

11. Are tours offered only in English?

Apart from English, our tours can be conducted in Chinese as well.

12. How many people can attend a tour?

The maximum number of people per tour guide is 8. If one tour is sold out there is a very good chance we will offer another that same day.

13. Can I bring my cats/dogs with me during a tour?

Sorry…due to the various food establishments we visit, pets are not allowed on the tour.

14. Does the tour end at the same place that we start?

No, it does not. However, detailed instructions are provided after ticket purchase with starting and ending point locations. Both are very close to MRT stations.

15. Can I book a private tour?
